A great way to fully experience the stunning coastline and islands of Croatia. Sailing from (and returning to) SPLIT. At last they have a fabulous new airport open which has many links to UK and European airports (and railway stations).  
​

This holiday is ideal for those who like to “see it all” during their holiday - and only unpacking their suitcases once!  We are always in port overnight and mornings are spent sailing between ports (mostly villages) and enjoying both the scenery and onboard facilities on offer. A daily swim in some hidden cove or beach along the way is always a ‘must do". 
​

Afternoons are carefully planned with various sightseeing trips and experiences explained on the ships video screens before departure. ( All “trips” are included in the advertised price) We have also hired local guides to make sure you get the most from each on your main visits ashore. Of course your evenings in a new village each day will always be a special time…. Its the time to explore to find somewhere appropriate for the evening - with or without fellow shipmates. You can sample the delights and atmosphere of the islands, towns and villages that we have planned for you to visit on our wonderful small ship. Its the fifth time we have enjoyed small ship cruising in this area  - very often with repeat clients!

 

Our route this year is 

 

SPLIT – BOL & HVAR – TRSTENIK – MLJET & DUBROVNIK ( 2 nights) – KORČULA – MILNA or PUČIŠĆA - SPLIT

We also hope to make a brief visit Vis which will be of particular interest to our ex- military visitors -it being the only island held by British forces throughout WWII with various sites remaining to view.

The detail

Our ship has18 double/twin cabins (10 x two bedded cabins on the Admirals Deck with 8 on Captains Deck).

Cabins are all the same size - Admirals (Top deck) with windows - Captains ( Lower deck) with Portholes.

These amazing prices are PER CABIN for one or two people sharing and INCLUDE all the extras on offer .

 The plan is Not to make a vast profit but if we sell all the cabins any surplus will be donated to The Vine Trust ( see Google) our favourite sea going charity 
          

 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

In case of cancellation Katarina Line reserves the right to keep the following amount of the total price:
From the day of confirmation up till 12 weeks prior to departure – advance payment (deposits) are nonrefundable

• Till 8 weeks...............25% - of the remaining balance

• Till 7 weeks …………50% - of the remaining balance

• Till 6 weeks...………  75% - of the remaining balance

• Till 4 weeks …………100%

WANT TO JOIN US?

 As is normal for us, we ask you to book your own flights to Croatia. (Or get our bonded travel agent DW Travel to do it for you. The contact is Dan on 01637 877955 / 07530 879283 or dan@dwtravelservices.co.uk ) He can also book hotels if travelling before /after  the main group.

The most complex thing organising holidays like this is to get you to the ship or hotel abroad!! (regional airports…many flight options…extra days in the resort etc etc)hence we ask you to be responsible for that part of your holiday -it seems to work well for all !! 
 

If you live in the south our suggested /recommended flight for this holiday is 
Saturday 30th September, Gatwick Depart Easy Jet at 1150 Arrive 1535. You will be met at the airport and taken to the ship in SPLIT. ( Top Tip? You may want to fly the day before - save considerably on flight prices and enjoy a day in the coastal village of Trogir close to the airport in a small hotel we can recommend and have used before)

There are flights to and from Split from many Uk & European airports - you will be spoilt for choice! (Some past adventurous clients have arrived by train arriving at Split station 100 yards from where the ships berth )
 

Return  7th October, Depart Split Airport at 1000 Arrive Gatwick 1135 - or to your regional airport.
 
Considerable savings can be made should you wish to travel at sunrise….. or fly from the likes of Luton...     Your call!

Our holiday starts on the ship in SPLIT and ends back in Split . We we will however arrange your airport transfers which are included on both Saturdays. We have booked your transport back to be at the airport for the 1000 flight….(leave the ship at about 0715) All our guest must have left the ship by 0900 for the cleaners to invade on our final day. (We can arrange later transport to the airport that day for UK regional airports.) 

You are of course welcome to go out a few days early -or return a few days later than the main group. We’ll meet on the ship at 1300 (NOT before).    Our bonded travel agent Dan - can advise and book flights and any extra hotels if needed.  He is on 07530 879283 or 01637 877955. We know from experience some of you will want to arrive in Croatia  early and depart late - either side of this holiday. It's no problem for us….or him.

 

You will be met at Gatwick if travelling on our suggested flights and on arrival at Split airport - or onboard the ship where the holidays officially starts..Just let us know in due course please.
